Our journey began long before the company’s foundation, shaped by international studies, experience in hotel chains, and more than a decade in consulting and management across different countries. In 2023 we became hoteliers ourselves, gaining first-hand ownership experience.
Since 2025, we have specialized in boutique 4- and 5-star hotels under 130 keys and premium luxury villas, creating personalized strategies and full-service management to help each property grow in value and stand out in its market.

2013 - 2025 | Building Expertise
Before founding DK Hotel Management, our team gained diverse international experience across multiple fields and countries. Highlights include working with Accor Hotels, years of consulting for independent properties, and hotel management in South Tyrol, one of Italy’s most renowned regions for hospitality excellence.

2023 | First Ownership
In 2023, together with our partners, we acquired Hotel Meandro on Lake Garda. Originally a 3-star property, it was successfully repositioned into a 4-star hotel in 2024 under our full management. Today, we are working with architects on future projects, aiming to transform it into a 5-star hotel.

2025 | DK Hotel Management Foundation
In 2025, DK Hotel Management was founded with a clear mission: to help other hotels grow. Building on our ownership experience and more than a decade in consulting and management, we created a company dedicated to enhancing value, developing strong brands, and driving long-term success for boutique hotels and luxury villas.

2025 | First Lease Project
In 2025, we signed our first lease contract for Limonaia 43, a premium luxury villa on Lake Garda. This historic lemon grove property was fully renovated and reborn as an exclusive retreat, combining heritage charm with modern luxury under our management.
